②終わり次第、伸ばす所と改善する所をお伝えした上で、更に希望する生徒さんとは明確な方向性や具体的な取り組み行動などを個人面談

③配られた月間目標シートや月末評価フィードバックシートなどを使いながら、生徒さん自身のレベルアップや目標達成を効率よく目に見える形として日々のレッスンや練習に活かしてもらう
